Neurofeedback and counseling unlock your brain’s potential and gives you the clarity, resilience, and focus you need to achieve peak performance in every part of your life.
Every neurological function runs on electrical rhythms. We focus training on the patterns that matter most for ultimate peak performance and a healthy brain.
When patterns get stuck
Anxiety and habit can lock the brain into unhelpful rhythms. Here are common patterns we see and what they feel like.
Anxiety / Overdrive
Dysregulated brainwaves can feel like a racing mind and a body that wont settle.
ADHD‑type Inattention
Elevated theta with low beta. Hard to sustain focus; easy to drift.
Burnout / Sleep issues
High beta at night or weak delta cycles. Tired but wired, shallow sleep.
How neurofeedback helps
An EEG in a comfortable setting reads your brainwaves. The feedback guides your brain towards its optimal state so that it can find its healthiest place.
Neurofeedback can help with anything between your ears. From peak performance for athletes and CEOs to Bipolar Disorder and Parkinsons, and everything in between.

Over 10 years ago, I made a decision that changed my life, one I almost didn't make. At the time, I was living in Detroit, Michigan, battling a level of depression that felt impossible to escape. I had tried everything I could think of, therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and still, I felt like I was only existing, not truly living. When I first heard about brain paint neurofeedback, I was skeptical. It sounded too gentle, too simple, too unlike the intensity of the struggle I was facing. But something in me, some small quiet part that still believed in healing, told me to give it a chance. So I packed a bag and traveled all the way from Detroit to Sarasota, trusting that maybe this different approach could reach the parts of me that nothing else had. From the very first session, I sensed something unique. There was no effort. No trying to fix myself. I just sat there, sensors gently placed on my scalp, watching the screen, listening to the sounds, and letting my brain do the work.
The process felt effortless, almost mysterious, yet deeply restorative. Week after week, I began to notice small but meaningful changes. My sleep improved. The constant tension in my body began to ease. My mind, once filled with noise, self-criticism, and despair started to quiet. And at some point, something remarkable happened. I realized I had forgotten about the depression that once ruled my life. It wasn't that I fought it away. It was that my brain had reorganized itself naturally, quietly, and beautifully. Now, more than 10 years later, those changes have endured. The stability, emotional clarity, and calm that emerged through that training have stayed with me. Life still brings challenges, but I meet them with a groundedness and strength that once felt impossible. My brain doesn't spiral or collapse the way it used to. It steadies, adapts, and stays clear. What's even more extraordinary is how that inner transformation rippled outward into the rest of my life.
After years of struggling academically, I went back to school, something I never thought I could do. Not only did I finish my undergraduate degree, but I went on to be accepted into the University of Michigan School of Social Work, ranked number one in the nation. I graduated at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA, an achievement that once would have felt entirely out of reach. Today I'm living a dream I couldn't have even imagined when I first sat down for that initial brain paint session. I now provide brain paint neurofeedback in my own therapy practice, helping others access the same kind of healing and transformation that changed my life. It feels like the most natural evolution to pay forward what was given to me, to help spread the contagion of brain-based healing that restores people to their truest selves, I owe a great deal of that to my therapist, Curtis. His professionalism, compassion, and deep understanding made the entire process feel safe and personal.
He guided me with care, always meeting me where I was, always reminding me that healing was possible, even when I couldn't see it myself. Traveling from Detroit to Sarasota felt like a leap of faith at that time. Looking back, it was the best decision I've ever made. Brain paint neurofeedback didn't just help me recover, It helped me remember who I truly am underneath that pain. If you're skeptical, I understand. I was too. But sometimes the most profound transformations come from the most unexpected places. This process helped my brain heal itself and gave me back a life that feels deeply, authentically mine.
