Quiet the noise. Reclaim your calm.

When anxiety becomes the default, small triggers feel big. We focus on steady routines, skills, and neurotherapy to help the system settle. Neurofeedback is a learning and training modality that complements therapy.

How anxiety can show up

Somatic reactivity

Muscle tension, headaches, stomach issues, racing heart, and more.

Sleep disruption

Difficulty falling or staying asleep. Waking unrefreshed and nightmares.

Thinking noise

Worry loops, spinning/racing brain, and excessive rumination.

Avoidance and fatigue

Increased isolation. Energy drops after small stressors.
